At Loot and Lair Designs, every product is made to order. Each piece is printed or embroidered specifically for you, which means production and shipping times can vary slightly. Please review the details below regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.
Shipping Policy
Production Time
All items are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order ships. During holidays or sales, production times may be slightly longer.

United States: 7 business days after production
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal delays or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, weight, and carrier. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on select orders.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows no updates for:

Made-to-Order Policy
All products are custom print-on-demand or created to order, created once your order is placed.
For that reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer's remorse

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Once verified, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.
